Bindery/Finishing
This team focuses on all facets of the bindery department including folding, scoring, perforating, drilling, bookletmaking, padding, stapling, collating, numbering, cutting, slitting, comb binding, perfect binding, coil binding and saddlestitching. |

Mailing & Fulfillment
With the ever changing postal rule for mail preparation, this department must stay on top of these changes in order to ensure that our clients receive the best postal rates at all times. Communicating these requirements as it relates to mailpiece design and postal compliance is also desirable for this department. Inserting, tabbing, glue dot application, inkjet imaging, addressing, personalization, sorting, address correction, data mining and database cleaning are some of the required tasks that are performed by this department. |

Digital Color and Digital Black & White Production
A good working knowledge and understanding of production copiers/printers is the the foundation upon which this position is based. A working knowledge of color management and design software is also important in order to master this position. |

Offset Press Production
This department produces the highest quality presswork in the industry. Technical press operation knowledge, good judgement while meeting tight deadlines are a requirement for this position. Award-winning quality is performed by this department. |

Graphic Design
At ADP we believe that great design comes from designers that are born with that talent. Software can be taught but good design begins with a strong understanding of intelligent design and being able to work with clients to give them what they desire the first time around. |

Package & Delivery
Proper packaging when the job calls for shipping or delivery is not only necessary but can make the difference between the product arriving to its destination in excellent condition. This department is also responsible for delivering and for communicating with our clients in a professional manner even down to their dress code. |

Information Technology,
Web & Prepress
This department is primarily responsible for all technical graphic functions prior to the job proceeding on to the production department. Impositioning, platemaking, and a working knowledge of graphic design software and standards are a definite requirement for this department. Website design and management, email blasts, computer trouble shooting and web-to-print, variable information skills, software update and management are a must. |

Assisting clients with over 700,000 different promotional products is just the beginning of what can be accompished by this department. Making electronic presentations, conducting searches for innovative, green and sometimes budget priced products can be rewarding for the team that works with our clients. |
