• PAVE (Presort Accuracy Validation and Evaluation) software is bulk mail presort software that has been tested and certified by the post office for accuracy in doing different types of sorts and producing various types of postal documents. Presort software sorts your mailing list according to all of the rules and regulations of the post office and produces, among other things, the barcoded mailing labels, barcoded tray and sack tags, Qualification Reports, Postage Statements, and Setup Reports.

Addressing
Inkjet printing is a flexible and versatile method of applying an address to your direct mail pieces. We are frequently asked to apply names and addresses by inkjet to the address carrier. Inkjet printing is a cost effective way to reach an audience. Currently we inkjet up to 2 inches in black ink. We can image in most TrueType® font in various font sizes on coated and uncoated paper.
Personalizing
We have the ability to personalize almost any direct mail piece using black or full color laser based devices. Adding variable information to any direct mail piece that is configured in a variety of formats for letters, postcards, etc.
Inserting
Currently we offer up to 4 pieces that can be inserted using our state-of-the-art inserting machine. The inserter allows two pieces to be folded and at the same time two additional pieces that inserted into envelopes up to 6" x 9".
Postage Options
We meter and affix live stamps, as well as use permit imprint and company indicia.
Postal Interface
We deliver from our facility to the postal Bulk Mail Center (BMC) and Fort Worth's Sectional Center Facilities (SCF's) for better scheduling and postal discounts. We are members of the Fort Worth Postal Council.
Warehousing/storage
Currently we do not offer warehousing and storage of direct mail pieces since we offer on-demand printing and mailing services. By offering this option, we ensure that all of your direct mail pieces are not outdated. |
